The Team Lead role will see you working with multiple clients, projects and stakeholders. This role will also be external, thus a suitable setup for working from home will be required.

To be considered for the position, you will have experience or have been exposed to the following:

• Have an IT development background or a bachelor's degree in information technology (or similar)
• 1+ years’ experience consulting or leading software development teams
• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer
• Proven delivery of projects based on C#/.Net, Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent professional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal, formal documentation, diagramming, and modelling)
• Solutions-focused and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to own work from concept to production, including planning, coding, testing, and deploying.
• Experience using agile project management software such as Jira or Trello

Highly Regarded:

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure deployments/ design (such as Azure/ AWS/ Google)
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, VueJS
• Experience with backend ecosystems such as .Net or NodeJS
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture
• Proficient in working with databases and strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools and Docker.
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers

• Extensive experience working in a similar role supporting IT projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
