MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Thiết lập, lập trình, vận hành và tối ưu các máy CNC phục vụ sản xuất linh kiện cơ khí chính xác.
• Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, GD&T, mô hình 3D; xây dựng chương trình gia công bằng CAD/CAM và thực hiện setup máy.
• Lựa chọn, thiết kế và tối ưu đồ gá (fixture), dao cụ cắt gọt và thông số gia công nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và năng suất.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra kích thước, dung sai và chất lượng sản phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất.
• Phân tích lỗi gia công, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để cải thiện quy trình sản xuất.
• Tham gia phát triển sản phẩm mới, thử nghiệm quy trình, đánh giá vật liệu, dao cụ và nhà cung cấp mới.
• Phân tích tổn thất sản xuất, tối ưu thời gian chu kỳ (cycle time), nâng cao hiệu suất thiết bị và giảm chi phí sản xuất.
• Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn công việc, tiêu chuẩn vận hành và hồ sơ chất lượng.
• Hỗ trợ đào tạo kỹ thuật cho nhân viên vận hành CNC và thúc đẩy các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục, 6S và an toàn lao động.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí chế tạo máy, Công nghệ kỹ thuật cơ khí, Cơ điện tử, Kỹ thuật sản xuất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực CNC machining, precision machining hoặc manufacturing engineering.
• Thành thạo CAD/CAM (MasterCAM hoặc phần mềm tương đương) và có kinh nghiệm lập trình CNC.
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành hoặc thiết lập máy CNC 3 trục, 4 trục hoặc 5 trục.
• Hiểu và áp dụng được GD&T, dung sai kỹ thuật, phương pháp đo kiểm và kiểm soát chất lượng trong gia công chính xác.
• Có kiến thức về vật liệu kim loại, phi kim, ceramic hoặc composite là lợi thế.
• Có khả năng phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật và thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến quy trình.
• Có kinh nghiệm với EDM, Grinding, Lapping, Laser Machining hoặc các công nghệ gia công chính xác là lợi thế lớn.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh và làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất công nghệ cao.
